001   :   early life.       verse was born to two eschvan parents, though his mother died in childbirth. His father was one of the many conscripted into the Garlean army under the service of Legatus Noah van Gabranth in hopes to give him and Verse a better life beyond poverty. However, his father was one of the many who had passed during the Bozjan Incident leaving Verse to the streets of Martrvje as an orphan.002   :   Young Adulthood.       after the death of his father, Verse used his love of tinkering and repair to get by as much as he could to survive, taking odd jobs in mechanics for little pay. When whispers of rebellion began in the shadows of Martrvje, Verse was immediately interested and sought enlistment, longing for purpose yet refused to find it in the hands of his oppressors. After he [redacted], Verse sought out the Bozjan Resistance and showed his worth to become a Blade. He quickly became known for his surprising skill in battle, his near cruetly to his enemies and the thirst for their blood. Gaining the nickname "the Hound" from the Garleans and Resistance soldiers alike, their enemies were loathe to see him upon the battlefield.003   :   Current Day.       With Bozja's freedom obtained and restoration in process, Verse was no longer needed. Suddenly finding himself without purpose in his life once again, Verse began to wander from city state to city state, seeking mercenary work that called for his skillset as a soldier, ranging from bodyguard work to bounty hunting. In longer down times, he tends to find odd jobs at the forges or other workshops.
